This involved 4 weekly sessions from week 36-40. Research findings shows that pre-birth acupuncture reduces labour time, there is less likely to be medical intervention and you are more likely to have a vaginal delivery. Acupuncture or reflexology.

If you are overdue by at least 2 days, up to 3 sessions are recommended to promote natural labour by stimulating uterine contractions. Acupuncture or reflexology.

1st Trimester Pregnancy Programme
(12 treatments from week 1-12 including initial consultation)
Where there is an IVF induced pregnancy, a history or miscarriage, or you are age 30+, weekly acupuncture during the first trimester is advised. This safe, and gentle programme aims to promote a holding function of the uterus, ease morning sickness and promote a healthy pregnancy and natural birth. Acupuncture only.

FERTILITY
3 Month FEMALE Natural Fertility Programme(12 treatments including initial consultation)
A 3 month programme is recommended to prepare the body for pregnancy. This programme regulates the menstrual cycle, ovulation and promotes natural conception. Acupuncture or Reflexology.

3 Month FEMALE IVF Fertility Programme
(12 treatments including initial consultation)
A 3 month programme is recommended in preparation and during fertility treatment. This programme may be used in preparation or during IVF, IUI or egg freezing. Out of hour and weekend embryo transfers incur an additional fee. Acupuncture or Reflexology.
